Cost and Payment

Kids Love OT does not accept insurance as it is considered an out-of-provider service. Please consult your doctor to obtain a referral for Occupational Therapy services. You will need to contact your insurance company to determine whether you have coverage for these services.

I can provide you with proper billing codes to help you determine eligibility with your provide. I provide invoices for each visit which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you need any guidance about this process feel free to contact me.

Payment is due at the completion of each session. I accept payment in the form of cash, check, or card.
